Problems In Paradise! Pt.3

The next Morning, Anko was suddenly being gentley shaken.  "Anko..." Kakashi's voice whispered.  She forced her eyes open, and flipped over to face Kakashi.  "Wh-What?" she stammered, trying to wake up.  "I know it's early, but the man agreed to take us to Kirigakure and back." he said in a soft tone, since his normal tone would sound like yelling to Anko in her sleepy state.  She comprehended this a moment, then sat up, crawled out of her sleeping bag, and put on her gear.  Shoes, jacket, shin protecters, and headband, then walked out and outside to meet Kakashi and Mizu who was still gazing at Kakashi, making him feel awkward.

They all walked down, to the other man's house, after thanking Roudousha.  Once there, the other man lead them to his boat.  Kakashi got in first, then, help both Anko and Mizu into the boat.  Once again, Mizu sat next to Kakashi, and Anko glared at her with her Death To You glare.  Mizu smirked, and placed her fingers on his hand, though because they were on the metal portion of his glove, he didn't even notice.  Kakashi soon glanced over at Anko, and followed her stare, to his hand.  He whipped it out from under hers, and shook it, horrified.  "Hey!" he called, which was unusual for him to do.  Mizu simpley shrugged.  "What?" she asked.  "Don't do that." he said, leaning on his legs.  Mizu blinked, but when he wasn't paying attention, grinned.

Once they reached land, and were out of the boat, Kakashi turned to the man, as Anko and Mizu argued.  "Thanks." he said.  "No problem, just be back before sunset.  I can't stay out too long.  My family will worry." then man replied.  Kakashi gave a nod, turned, and walked over to the two fighting women.  "Cool it, you two." he sighed, walking past them.  They both followed, soon one of them on each side of Kakashi.  "Alright.  You two can wait here.  I'll only be a minute." she said, walking past them, soon disappearing.  "Kakashi, what was that?" Anko suddenly asked, a tone of anger in her voise.  "What was what?" Kakashi responded, giving her a confused look.  "Hold your hand?" Anko said, sighing from aggrovation.

Kakashi's eyes widened.  "You think that I would LET her put her hand on mine?" he asked, knowing that what Anko was thinking.  "Yes.  That exactaly what I thought." Anko replied.  "Anko, I would never let her hold my hand.  First off, I haven't known the woman for what? three days?  Second, what kind of sick person do you take me for?  And Third, I love YOU.  I would never do that to you." he explained.  Anko smirked.  "Alright." she said, smiling slightly, though doubt was still in the back of her head.  Kakashi smiled under his mask.  "Don't worry Anko." he reassured her.

Soon, Mizu returned.  "Alright." she said.  "What was that about?" Anko sneered.  "Well, if you're DYING to know, I had to deliver something." she replied, leaving it at that.  They began walking back to the dock, where the man was waiting.  When they arrived, the man greeted them back, and they began the sail back into Fire Country.  They all stayed silent, but in Anko's head, doubt clouded her mind about Kakashi.  They continued to buzz in her mind, until suddenly his voice broke her thoughts.  "Anko?" Kakashi asked.  "What?  Huh?" she murmured, realizing they were back to Fire Country.  "Oh. Sorry. Just thinking." she said, looking off the side, into the water.

Once they were at the dock, Kakashi got out first, and help the two out of the boat.  They thanked the man who’d helped them, and watched as he soon rowed out of sight.  Dusk had now set in, but you could still see.  A tree suddenly rustled, making Kakashi and Anko get defensive, each pulling out a kunai.  There was a weird squeaking sound, each of the Shinobi looking confused.  “I’ll check it out…” Anko said, leaping into the tree, not even thinking about the fact she left Kakashi in the creepy-stalker hands of Mizu.  Kakashi did think of this, however, and slightly shuddered.

Once Anko could be heard coming back, Mizu turned towards Kakashi, and turned him towards her.  Kakashi, sadly, had his mask on, so no one could see his horrified face.  She glanced over in Anko's direction a moment, then closed her eyes, pulled down his mask and kissed him.  It shocked Kakashi VERY much, so it took him a minute to prossess what Mizu'd just done.  He turned his back to her, forcing the smooch to end.  He pulled up his mask, but before he could yell at her, indecating he had no intention of this, he heard a kunai drop, and he turned to see Anko, horrified at this.  She set down a cat, showing that's what was russling in the tree.

The look on her face tore Kakashi apart.  Now, we had two heart broken Ninja.  She leapt backwardsup into the start of the trees.  "Anko! Wait!" Kakashi called.  He turned to Mizu.  "What the he--" he was cut off.  "I know that might have been a bit... extream, but to put it bluntly, I hate her more then I like you.  Thus..." she explained, shrugging a bit.  "But really, you can go after her.  I can make my way back to Konohakure on my own." she said, though before she'd even gotten to 'her', Kakashi was gone.  The evil woman grinned, and began walking home.

Kakashi had soon caught up to Anko, who was trying her hardest not to let tears slip through her eyes.  She felt his gloved hand grab her wrist.  She dropped down into the grass, though he followed right behind her, regripping her wrist.  "Let go of me, you sick pervert!" Anko yelled back at him.  This hurt him, especialy since he still loved Anko more then anything in the whole world.  "Anko..." he murmured.  She looked back at him, tears streaming down her face.  Kakashi's hand suddenly let go of her, and hung loosely at his side, the image of her hurt face now burned into his memory.  At the thought that it was him that caused his beloved Anko so much pain, made feel almost worse then when Obito died.

Anko blocked out his expression, and charged off, leaping into the trees.  As she soon came to the Village, she began thinking about it, what had just happend, and began to realize, maybe Kakashi wasn't to blame here.  She shook the thoughts away, as she soon arrived home.  Kakashi had also arrived at the Village, but had gone and reported the mission successful to Tsunade.  Once he'd finihed up, he poofed home.  He stepped inside, still running the image of Anko through his mind, then closed the door, and walked into his bedroom.

TO BE CONTINUED...
There ya go, peoples! Ouch! See what I was talking about when I said "she's the devil"? No worries, I've desided to have Anko beat Mizu to a bloody pulp in the next one! You'll never have to see her again! :mwahaha:

Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto or any of it's characters. If I did, all of the right pairings would be together!
